| What is Flovv? |
| Flovv - a free online service for building and hosting multi-page web forms. Flovv simplifies online information captured through "flows" of multiple pages linked together through business rules. Build and maintain your flows graphically. Store your flows and the information you capture from your target audience. |
| What is unique about flovv? |
| Flovv lets you create multi-page forms easily; it has a very simple mechanism to link pages through complex validations. The flowchart structure explains your whole flow in a "graphically easy to understand" manner. |
| What forms can I build.... |
| You can create from a simple one paged form to a very complex multi - paged flow. Also refer some examples of already built flows. |
| What kind of forms can I not create? |
| For the moment flovv does not support in creating forms to do with very sensitive data eg: including credit card numbers. But we have another product called spikeflow where you can create flovvs with advanced features; it is a more compressive client tool where you can create forms with online bookings, secure payment, digital signatures etc. Contact us for further inquiries. |
| How many pages can I have in one flow? |
| We recommend you to have maximum of 25 pages per flovv |
| Can I upload files to my form? |
| No, When you create a form you can not have a file as an attachment for your users to download, but you can have an option where you can let the users upload files to the form you provide, and the maximum size per file is 2 MB. |
| What are the ways I can get the responses from my visitors? |
| You can go to My Flovvs and then click on "view my responses". |
| Can I use a sample form so that I can modify and use? |
| We will provide you with one flovv where you can modify and use, we will add more flovvs to the list in the near future. You can have a look at examples of the screen shots of the flows for organizations and individuals. |
| If I do not have a website can I obtain a URL with a name I like when you host the flovv for me? |
| a. We will provide you with the URL with a number that is unique to you. E:g: www.flovv.com/0965 b. You can obtain the URL in My Flovvs |
| Can you customize the theme of my flovvs for a particular need? |
| No, But very soon we will provide you with "manage theme" feature through which you would be able to modify the look and feel through css. |
| Is there a method to report bugs? |
| a. Yes. You can directly email us at info@flovv.com. b. You can also fill in the feedback form with all your recommendations, bugs etc. |
| What are the browsers flovv supports? |
| Currently flovv supports IE 6.0, 7.0, Firefox 2.0 |

| What is the cost for Flovv? |
| Flovv is completely free |
| How do I change my account details? |
| Login to flovv and go to My Profile, click on edit my account details and change the details in the manner you wish and click save. A confirmation email will be sent to your inbox with the changed details and you need to click on that link in order to access your flovv account again. The new account details will automatically replace the old data. |
| Will I receive updates, new features of flovv to my inbox? |
| a. You can subscribe to our newsletter and when an update occurs we will inform you. b. If you do not wish to receive the newsletter anymore simply click on the e-mail address that we have provided at the bottom of the newsletter and send it back saying unsubscribe me. |
| What are the different ways we can contact you if there are problems? |
| a. You can have a live skype conversation with us by the skype name "flovvhelp" from GMT 4:30 am - 11:00 hrs. (Colombo 10:00 am - 4:30 hrs) - Monday to Friday. b. | How secure is the data I provide? |
| Your control panel is accessed over a secure SSL connection, which will encrypt data communication between your computer and our server. Hence it will secure your data and account information. |
| Is there a way to export the data to a different application if I no longer require a form? |
| Yes you can export the data to Excel, PDF, CVS or XML formats. |
| Is there a backup for the responses I get in case of an emergency? |
| Yes, we will backup our database periodically but we cannot guarantee full recovery of your responses |
| Do you have spam protection? |
| Yes. We guarantee the protection of the data you and your responses provide. |
| Can I host a flovv in my own server? |
| Yes, but you need to purchase Spikeflow runtime and license and set it up in your own server. |
| Can I integrate flovv to my website? |
| Yes you can integrate the flow you create to your website by including the public URL we provide. |
